Sam is an 11th grader who has been on the team since his prep year, and was a 10th grade starter last year on a very good defensive unt. This year, Sam will lead our defensive unit which again promises to be one of the strong parts of the team. Sam is a future DI caliber player who is already getting interest from big time programs. He is surpringly quick and agile for someone with his size, he has excellent stickwork and ball handling skills, and he can play a position game or a take-away-game depending on what is called for. Sam will no doubt be covering the opponent's top offensive player. He has looked great in the preseason, and the coaches expect an All-American caliber season from Sam this year. Sam was also a key player for the football team in the fall.
