Back for his 3rd varsity campaign, Bruce is making the unusual transition from our short stick d-middie of last year, to an attackman this year. This change is a testament to Bruce’s athleticism and flexibility. This is nothing new for Bruce. Bruce played varsity soccer as a lower and an upper, but decided to run x-county this past fall as a senior. Not only did he become the top runner on Exeter’s championship team, but he was the 2nd place runner in all of New England. Bruce has also been a national level runner as captain of the winter indoor track team. He is off to Middlebury College next year where he will surely be a top NESCAC runner immediately. Don’t be surprised if you see him on the Panther lacrosse roster as well.
