Eric comes to Exeter at the perfect time for a young goalkeeper. With the starting job going to last year's JV starter, Eric is in a perfect position to be the backup keeper, slowly get his feet wet in a few games, and not have too much pressure on him. Early signs look very promising about Eric's ability to stop the ball. His technique within the pipes is quite good, and he will certainly improve there and in his clearing game as well.
