Matt has been a most unexpected pleasant surprise. Matt is a big, tough, athletic football player who earned his teammates and coaches admiration as the team's MVP linebacker this past Fall. Nobody knew that Matt had also played some lacrosse early in his high school career for a fledgling program in Massachusetts until he surprised everyone with very solid stick skills in preseason drills. Matt will definitely be a major contributor to the defense this season. He is a great athlete who simply needs enough game experience to become a major force on the lacrosse field. The coaches and his teammates are extremely enthusiastic about Matt's prospects.
