Joaquin has been a 3-sport varsity athlete in soccer, track, and lacrosse since he was in the 9th grade, and has captained all 3 sports his senior year. He definitely ranks as one of the all time great lacrosse players in Exeter history. He is currently the 4th all time leading career scorer in Exeter history. Joaquin was named a high school lacrosse All-American in his 10th grade year, a rare accomplishment for any high school player. He is the school record holder in the indoor sprints, and has qualified for the nationals with a 5.2 fifty yard time. Joaquin will be an offensive leader this season and will hopefully improve upon his 23 goals and 26 assists from last year. His blend of speed, quickness, and instincts on the field are unparalleled in eastern New England prep school lacrosse.
