Joaquin Walker - 2001

Joaquin leaves a legacy as one of the greatest midfielders in Exeter lacrosse history. Joaquin joins Michael Saraceni '00 and Bart Hacking '95 as the only Exeter players to be selected All-American twice. Joaquin used his great speed and quickness as a four-year starter to climb to a high place in the All-Time Exeter scoring list with 80 goals and 65 assists for his career. Joaquin's 145 points is a career scoring record for a midfielder at Exeter. Joaquin finished his great career at Exeter as a 3-sport MVP and a Co-Goodwin Prize winner with his teammate Greg Donohue as the best 4-year athletes in the senior class. He matriculated to Amherst where he played key roles on both the soccer and lacrosse teams immediately. Joaquin is currently a senior midfielder for Amherst, and one of their more dangerous offensive threats.
