Gavin Nurick- 2003

Gavin was a 3-year starter who also played some attack as a 10th grader. Gavin has scored 25 goals and handed out 22 assists in his career, he earned Rookie of Year honors as a 10th grader, a game ball in the 15-10 victory over Andover in the last game of 2002 season, and was a captain of the 2003 team.. In the 2003 season, Gavin was selected the Exonian Athlete of the Week in May, 2003, he was elected to play in the East-West Senior All-Star game, and he was named a high school All-American on May 20th, 2003. Gavin was honored by his teammates when they voted for him to receive the Robert W. Kesler Award at the end of the 2003 season. Gavin finished his career at Swarthmore as a four year player and a starting midfielder since his sophomore season.
