Alan came to Exeter from the unlikely lacrosse hotbed of Dallas Texas. Not only did Alan make a huge mark on the lacrosse program, but he also played three years of varsity ice hockey as well. Alan finished his career as the 4th all time leading career scorer with 98 goals and 51 assists for a 149 point career total. Most of those points were recorded during his All-American senior year when he became only the second Exeter player ever to score over 100 points in a single season. Alan was named All-American, he played in the prep East-West all star game, and he was also selected for the prestigious national north-south game. Alan matriculated to Butler University where he played as a freshman. He then transfered to the University of Pennsylvania and received most of his playing time as an offensive midfielder and also doing some faceoffs. Alan finished his career at UPenn as an honoable mention All-Ivy league player and one of Penn's key players on their team his senior year. |
